Payment for online purchases: We accept Paypal and major credit cards. Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.
Ordering by phone is accepted, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Monday-Friday 9-5:00pm and Saturday 10-2 pm (Central time). If you have any questions regarding sizing, availability, or picking out that perfect present please give us a call.
Residents of Texas do not pay sales tax. All shipments sent outside of Texas all tax fees apply.
Most orders if in stock will ship out within 2 days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
All shipping is done via US Postal Service with delivery to your home with-in five to eight business days.
A flat rate shipping and handling charge of $5.95 will be added to orders under $100.00. ALL ORDERS $100.00 AND ABOVE RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING. We can ship overnight if needed and shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.**Large and/or heavy merchandise may require additional shipping charges.
Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges or store credit are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise for store credit by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All purchases after this date will be final sale. Sale items and jewelry are final sales. Other items that are final sales will be clearly marked in the description of the product.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
If a return for credit or exchange is necessary if and only it is clothing and or boutique items, please enclose a copy of your original receipt. Make sure all your information is enclosed so we may credit your account accordingly. We also recommend that you insure the return package. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days.
